Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident with your purchase.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care or hair styling items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
